We use these mats everyday cutting kits and yardage for others and for personal use, and they are our favorites.
This Creative Grids® Rotary Cutting Mat measures 18″x24″, and is perfect for your first mat, and fits perfectly beside your machine for convenient trimming. It is is self-healing and double-sided. The 5 layer cutting mat gives you two cutting surfaces and two separate layers of self-healing material. One side features 1in grid with 1/8in markings.
Numbers are printed outside of the grid area so you can easily see the numbers to measure cuts. In addition, 1/8, 1/4, 1/3, 3/8, and 1/2 yard cuts are marked for easy reference from both sides. 45 and 60 degree diagonal lines are included and start at zero in opposite corners. 1.5″ and 2.5″ are marked with a star and square, making it easy to cut strips. This is a heavy mat which makes it hard to slip while cutting.
Store flat and away from sunlight, heat, and cold. Clean with mild soapy water and dry with a microfiber cloth.
